Comparing the OVA and TV Anime character designs
(Yay, my first blog post.)
Differences I could see between the character designs and my comments on them. You must know, though, that I'm bad at describing things.

Some time before making this post, I didn't really see much of a difference in both her designs. Now, I do see some differences, which aren't very noticeable, but they're there. I think the reason why her TV hair's spikier is just to match with Black Rock Shooter. I'd say she's the least changed out of the three human characters.

One of two characters everyone complained about because their TV designs look so different from their OVA designs. But not counting the school uniform, I don't think she looks too different... Though, I do agree their personalities are different, but it didn't matter to me when I was watching the TV anime.
Yuu (Koutari)Edit

No one's really said anything or much about Yuu's character designs... I guess most of her OVA design, like Mato, has been retained. Of course, TV Yuu isn't so Mato-obsessed and not willing to let her be friends with others compared to OVA Yuu. And, while school uniforms don't count as differences, both don't seem to roll up their skirts. And they're both pretty short, either way.

No midriff scars, belt in a crooked position, black boot soles, and pushed-up boot flaps
The star of both animation projects has some noticeable differences between both projects. Though, some people don't see them, and just assume B★RS doesn't look any different (and don't buy the TV Animation figma). Personally, I like her TV design more over her OVA design... Wasn't too big on her midriff scars. Someone said that the reason why TV B★RS doesn't have scars was probably because of budget cuts. Even if they were joking, I think that's completely ridiculous.
